LEADERSHIP

The team is led by Chief Executive Officer Alexis Fletcher. Alexis joined Ancala Midstream Acquisitions Limited from Shell International where he spent over 20 years in a career spanning technical, commercial and governance roles across the oil and gas value chain, with a particular focus on LNG. Alexis was appointed Managing Director of Dragon LNG in 2019, one of the UK’s three LNG import terminals, prior to which he led the Brunei LNG asset management team as a non-executive director and shareholder representative of production and shipping assets.

Neil has over 20 years’ experience working in the UK, Canada and Norway including over 15 years’ experience in upstream oil and gas with Talisman Energy, Talisman Sinopec Energy UK, and Repsol Sinopec Resources UK.

Ashley has over 30 years experience in upstream oil and gas, including 20 as a consultant most recently as founder director of Sigma Commercial Consulting, before joining Ancala Midstream Acquisitions Limited in 2024. He has worked on SAGE for over 20 years representing both Owners and a variety of Shippers

Richard has over 30 years’ experience as a chemical engineer spanning Petrochemicals, onshore gas processing and offshore oil and gas production, 15 years of which were directly associated with the SAGE system. He has held senior technical roles with companies including Apache, Maersk Oil & Gas and ExxonMobil.
